We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information presented. Anyone who thinks that a posted ad is objectionable is encouraged to notify the administrator immediately. We have the right to remove objectionable content, within a reasonable time, if we determine that removal is necessary. This is a manual process, however, so please realize that we may not be able to remove or edit particular ads immediately. This policy applies to the profile information as well. Posters agree, through your use of ads in EC E-classified, that you will not post any material which is false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually-oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise in violation of ANY law. You also agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you, or you have consent from the owner of the copyrighted material. Spam, flooding, chain letters, and pyramid schemes, are also inappropriate to EC E-classified ads.
Note that it is impossible for us to confirm the validity of all ads on EC E-classified.
The ads are by the author, not necessarily the ads of EC E-classified.
Any information we deem inaccurate, inappropriate, or vulgar will be removed.
It is the posters responsibility to present clean, and accurate information.
The author remains solely responsible for the content of the ads, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless EC E-classified, and any related web sites. We at EC E-classified also reserve the right to reveal your identity (or any information we have about you) in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any information posted by you. You have the sole ability, as you register member to post an ad. We advise that you keep the ads appropriate to the site, and area. As a register user, you agree never to give your password to another person, for your protection, and for validity reasons. You also agree to NEVER use another person's account to post ads.
Please note that with each ad, your IP address is recorded, in the event that you need to be banned from EC E-classified or your ISP contacted. This will only happen if a major violation of our ad agreement.
Ads are automatically deleted after a month.
You may resubmit the ad, at that time.
There is no limit to how many E-Classified Ads you can place,

No More Than 5 ( Five ) ads per Email address allowed per month.
